MEET THE TEAM
We have a growing team of 98 people whose hard work and dedication have been key to ensuring the success of Wayland Farms, through their commitment to achieving the very highest standards across all areas of our business.
Our people work in a variety of roles within Wayland Farms from the Stockmen and Stockwomen working daily with our farmers and land owners and Breeding and Finishing Managers overseeing our pig finishing units to our Office Staff who manage the administrative side of the business.
We are always keen to employ experienced people within our teams and we are also committed to ensuring the continuity of our business through the development of future generations; we partner with Easton and Otley College to run Stockperson Standard apprenticeship schemes for students studying within their agriculture department and many of our apprentices have carried on to become permanent staff members.
